Discussion and possible action to dispose of Sixty-Two (62) non-working meters as salvage to Wilkinson Iron & Metal Pursuant to Subchapter D, Disposition of salvage or surplus property, Section 263.152 (a)(3), under Texas Local Government Code.

Issue: Non Functional water meters taking up space.

Solution: selling meters will make room for additional change outs.

Result: bring in revenue back to Utilities Department by selling non functional meters.
