Discussion and possible action to approve a pricing agreement between Pollution Control Services, Inc. and Webb County, Texas for various laboratory procedures established in the contractual agreement required for treatment of Water and Wastewater requirements set forth by TCEQ and operational treatment guidelines, including but not limited to Biochemical Oxygen Demand at $38.00 per test, and Total Organic Carbon at $45.00 per test, to include sample bottles and shipment materials, but non-inclusive of shipping fees, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.

Issue: Services for lab sampling has been occurring in amounts less that $50,000; however, due to frequency of use, Accounts Payable has required an annual contract or agreement to be placed into service.

Solution: Approve Pricing Agreement.

Result: Initiate Pricing Agreement request to Pollution Control Services for pricing for services in which has been used in the past 8 years.
