Discussion with possible action to award project to Delta House Elect. & Motor Rewind, Inc., in the amount of $26,197.96 the lowest cost proposal for purchase only if Four (4) 4" Volute submersible 10.1 horsepower pumps for the use in treating wastewater by wasting treated sludge for disposal. This project is included in the 2017 approved Capital Outlay project listing. [Account #758-8005-8601 (2016 Bond Series)]

Issue: Existing pumps were completely removed and therefore treatment process not in service.

Solution: Authorize issuance of purchase order to lowest & responsible bidder.

Result: Begin operation as plants have been designed.
