Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Utilities Department to submit an application with plans and specifications to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for their approval to commence construction and issuance of a public water system registration of the La Presa Community Water Dispenser; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Court request to provide a community water dispenser system for the La Presa colonia in southern Webb County.

Solution: Development of a project to construct a dispensing station to include all materials and installation of tank, pump, and dispenser equipment. As well as the submittal of plans, specifications, and service information for an approved TCEQ Public Water System Certification.

Result: Project completion will provide the community with near access to portable water service as required by TCEQ and continue operational delivery and regulatory compliance.
