Discussion and possible action to accept a donation from the District Attorney Isidro "Chilo" Alaniz and create a budget amendment to Canine Expenditures (Account #173-2503-6706) in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00); and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Constable Pct. 2 Canine Hanna is in need of medical Check up and vaccination. These funds will also be utilized for future Veterinary services and other expenditures.

Solution: Acceptance of the donation and creating the budget amendment will allow the department to have and use the said funds for the necessary medical and other expenditures related to the canine.

Results: Approval of this agenda item will allow the department to have the necessary funds for canine expenses.
