Issue: Vacant position (Slot 56) became available after employee holding position decided to retire.

Solution: Promote employee to vacant position (Slot 56) held by former employee and fill resulting vacant position (Slot 62).

Result: The filling of these positions will alleviate work overload at the tire repair shop.
