Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding between the United States Army 277th Engineer Company/980th Engineer Battalion and Webb County for La Presa Community Center to document that both parties agree to house construction heavy equipment that will be used for the 2.5 Mile Roadway Improvement/South Road-La Presa construction project. Construction is set to begin in mid-June and requires housing of this equipment from June 12, 2017 through July 2, 2017, with security access to enter gates when necessary. Additional action authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Jesse Gonzalez, Commissioner Precinct 1]
