Discussion and possible action to amend the Thirty Six (36) month (July 11, 2016 through July10, 2019) Software Subscription Agreement between Thomson Reuters and Webb County for the Webb County Management Information Technology Department for Online/Practice Solutions/Software (WestlawNext) that was approved by the court on July 11, 2016 at a total cost of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Seven Dollars and Forty Nine Cents ($4,433.95). An additional user was needed for the newly appointed Judge Victor Villarreal of County Court at Law II. The yearly subscription over the term of the agreement will now be at a cost of Four Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Four Dollars and Fifty-Four Cents ($4,654.54), subject to annual budget appropriating and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
