Discussion and possible action to initiate application for Rural State Program 2017 Cycle for Webb County Community Action Agency to the State of Texas thru eGrants (TxDOT), acting through the Department of Transportation wherein Webb County El Aguila Rural Transit will be applying by meeting desired deadlines. No Impact on General Fund.

Issue: El Aguila is a grant funded agency.

Solution: Federal budget will increase, therefore able to operate by continuing services to assist the rural areas of Webb County.

Result: Funds will be assigned in operations to cover expenses, payroll, etc.
