Discussion and possible action to approve the Early Head Start - Child Care Partnership Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) grant application for the 2017 - 2018 Fiscal Year. The amount of COLA is $7,444 (Federal) and $1,861 (Non Federal) for a Total COLA grant award of 9,305.

Background:

The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2017, contains a 1.0 percent cost-of-living adjustment to assist grantees in increasing staff salaries and fringe benefits and offsetting higher operating costs.
