Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Laredo Independent School District (LISD) and Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program. This MOU establishes the terms and conditions under which LISD and Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program will relocate Head Start campus facilities in case of an emergency. The term of the MOU shall be for a period of 1 year beginning when the MOU is fully executed, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Director, Head Start Director]
