Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding and Field Agreement among U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services, and Texas AgriLife Extension Service – Wildlife Services and Texas Wildlife Damage Management Association, Inc. collectively known as the Texas Wildlife Services Program (TWSP) and Webb County for a wildlife damage management program activities, for the protection of crops, livestock, and wildlife; and the control of predatory and problem wildlife. Commencing January 1, 2018, at a monthly rate $3,200.00 per month until terminated, and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by the Webb County Judge, Tano E. Tijerina]
