Discussion and possible action to approve revised Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation's Supplemental Agreement No. 8 to Main Contract. This Supplemental No. 8 is adding Supplemental Work Authorization No. 5 to Work Authorization No. 2 for Siting of Detention Basins for the Loop 20 from Sta. 554+00 to Just North of Loop 20/US 59 Overpass - TxDOT CSJ: 0086-14-058. All other provisions of the Main Contract are unchanged and remain in full force and effect. Additional scope of services of which 100% will be reimbursed by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) contingent on their approval and; authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Issue: Amend scope of services which will increase as per Supplemental Work Authorization No. 5 to Work Authorization No. 2 for Detention Pond Siting (TxDOT CSJ: 0086-14-058).

Solution: Approve revised Supplemental Agreement No. 8 to the Main Contract which is being increased by Supplemental Work Authorization No. 5 to Work Authorization No. 2 in the amount of $253,660.11 increasing the total Main Contract to $3,071,632.85.

Result: Include all additional necessary services as required and approved by the Texas Department of Transportation. Execute Supplemental No. 8 to Main Contract and continue with project.

July 10, 2017 - Commissioner Court approved Agenda Item 14:
a. approved to rescind Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation's Supplemental Agreement No. 7 to the Main Contract which was approved in Commissioner Court, December 12, 2016; and
b. approved revised Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation's Supplemental Agreement No. 7 to Main Contract. This Supplemental No. 7 is adding Supplemental Work Authorization No. 4 to Work Authorization No. 2 for additional Advanced Planning Services for TxDOT CSJ: 0086-14-058; and
c. approved Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation's Supplemental Work Authorization No, 4 to Work Authorization No. 2 in the amount of $74,347.69. Supplemental Work Authorization No. 4 to Work Authorization No. 2 is adding Engineering Services/Fee for reduction of Frontage Road (TxDOT CSJ: 0086-14-058).
