Issue: The Bruni Community Center Utilities account does not have enough funds to pay utility costs through the end of the fiscal year.

Solution: Create line item transfer of monies from contingency fund to utilities account.

Result: The Bruni Community Center will have funds to try to cover utility expenses through the end of the fiscal year.
