Issue: There is currently no funds allocated in the County Court at Law II DWI Court Program for Materials & Supplies.

Solution: Line item transfer to allow the allocation of funds for Materials & Supplies.

Result: With funds being allocated for Materials & Funds, the DWI Court Program will be able to reach its program goals more effectively. The allocated funds will be used for ordering and purchasing U.A (Drug & Alcohol Testing) supplies, as well as general office supplies such as toners, papers and materials necessary for case management of cases, and for record keeping purposes. SAMHSA has already granted authorization to allocate funds where necessary, so long as it does not exceed 25% of the overall budget.
