Issue: County Court at Law II has not been approved by Webb County Commissioner's Court as an established Drug Court under Government Code Chapter 123.

Solution: Webb County Commissioner's Court approve County Court at Law II DWI Court Resolution.

Result: County Court at Law II will be able to collect program fees for it's participants of the DWI Court Program.
