Discussion and possible action to enter into a Twelve (12) month (October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018) Self-Service Storage Rental Agreement between South Meadow Self Storage and the Webb Tax Office for a 10 x 20 Storage Unit (Space number 075) at a cost of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY DOLLARS ($180.00) per month for a total amount of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,800.00) over the term of the agreement paid in advance and receiving two (2) months free rent, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
