Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Laredo Independent School District (L.I.S.D.) and Webb County Head Start-Early Head Start Program at Heights Elementary. This MOU establishes the terms and conditions under which L.I.S.D. and Webb County Head Start will share in the operation and monitoring of Three (3) full day pre-kindergarten classrooms. The term of the MOU shall be for a period of 5 scholastic calendar years beginning with the 2017-2018 school year through the 2021-2022 school years, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
