Discussion and possible action to approve the 2018 Formula Grant Indigent Defense Resolution. The Texas Commission on Indigent Defense has funding available for fiscal year 2017-2018, to maintain a quality, cost effective defense system that meets the needs of local communities and the requirements of the constitution and state law. This is a yearly grant resolution. There is no negative impact to the budget. [Requested by Cornell Mickley, Pre-Trial Services]
