Discussion and possible action to approve a correction to the accounts and total amounts allocated for the Energy Services Construction Contract and an Energy Savings Performance Assurance Support Services Contract Agreement (ESPC) and Energy Savings Performance Guarantee between Webb County and Schneider Electric Building Americas Inc. (ESCO), (TIPS #2032714) that were originally approved by Commissioners Court in August 2017. [Accounts #3865-7420-001-474501-045 - Campus Chiller Series 2016 Construction in Progress Chiller Water Plant in the amount of $6,229,699; and #3865-7420-001-474501-050 Campus Chiller Series 2016- Construction in Progress, Building Automation System (BAS) Installation in the amount of $1,540,231, for a total of $7,769,930]

Issue- Commissioners Court Agenda item was approved in August 2017 as follows: [Accounts #3865-7420-001-474501-045 (Bond Series 2016), #7220-7270-474501 in the amount of $877,000 (Construction Wastewater, Construction in Progress) and #7220-7280-474501 in the amount of $475,000 (Construction Water, Construction in Progress)]. An amount allocation for sub-account -045 is missing; account 7220 will not be used, and the primary account -475501 will not be used; instead sub-account -050 will be used for the BAS Remote installation portion of the project.

Solution- Approve the correction of the commissioner court approval agenda item in order to expense from correct accounts for the project.

Result- Be able to process payment of all invoices for project.
