Discussion and possible action to approve the following budget amendment (line item transfer) necessary to pay for the Energy Services Construction Contract and an Energy Savings Performance Assurance Support Services Contract Agreement (ESPC) and Energy Savings Performance Guarantee between Webb County and Schneider Electric Building Americas Inc., (ESCO), (TIPS #2302714). No impact to General fund.

Issue: A total of $1,540,231.00 is necessary for the Building Automation System (BAS) Remote Installation portion of the project but only $250,000 were approved as part of the 2017-2018 budget adoption under the line item.

Solution: Approve a budget amendment to properly allocate 2016 Campus Chiller Series 2016 funding.

Result: Be able to process payment of all invoices for project.
