Discussion and possible action to grant Preliminary and Final Plat approval to the Re-plat of Lot 5, Block 1 Aguilares Acres Subdivision and issue a “Certificate of Compliance with Plat Requirements”. The Planning Advisory Board recommended approval of this item contingent upon compliance with staff comments at their meeting of December 21, 2017 (ID 8285).

Background:

The purpose of this re-plat is to remove the residential deed restriction recorded in Vol. 3600, Pg. 661 by bringing the property into compliance with the provisions of Local Government Code, Chapter 232, Subchapter B and Webb County’s Model Subdivision Regulations.

All water and wastewater improvements have been completed and are in place.

Sewer services are provided by an On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) approved under Lic. WC00131.

There are no proposed public improvements.
