Discussion and possible action to enter into a twelve (12) month (July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018) Substance Abuse Treatment Services Operation Agreement between People with Ideas of Love, Liberty, Acceptance, and Respect (P.I.L.L.A.R.) and Webb County for the 406th Judicial District Court-Veterans Treatment Program for professional counseling services for eligible court participants at a cost not to exceed Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Three Dollars and Thirty-Three Cents ($3,333.33) per month with a total cost not to exceed Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) over the term of the agreement, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
