Discussion and possible action to approve and execute Advance Funding Agreement (AFA) Amendment No. 3 for Loop 20 (0.5 miles West of Milo Interchange to 3000 ft., East of Havana) (CSJ 0086-14-051). Attachment C-2 Project Budget of Advance Funding Agreement No. 2 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with Attachment C-3 Project Budget of Advance Funding Agreement No. 3 which will increase from $4,007,214.00 by $8,500.00 to $4,015,715.00 to cover the necessary completed work invoices in order to reimburse Webb County and complete this project; and authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents as per final approval from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Issue: It has become necessary to amend contract due to a final revision of account CSJ: 0086-14-051 in order to cover final invoices to reimburse Webb County.

Solution: Amend Account CSJ: 0086-14-051 (Loop 20 Stimulus) with the final amount needed from CSJ: 0086-14-058 (Loop 20 Extension).

Result: Funds are available in the appropriate Advance Funding Agreement.
