Discussion and possible action to accept a donation from Mr. T. Benavides in the form of a drone along with accessories. Drone will be used in emergency calls as needed by Webb County Constable Pct. 3. Drone is a DJI Inspire 1v 2.0 includes visible 4K video, 12MP sitll camera, FLIR Inspire 1 rear mount gimbal dual controller full camera support, dual camera-thermal on the rearm visible on the front. Inspire 1 part 90 TB48 Battery 5700mAh FLIR Vue PRo, 336, 30Hz, 13mm. Go professional wheeled hard case. Total cost for drone and accessories is $6,672.15. If donation is approved item will be property of Webb County Constable Pct. 3 Department.

Issue: Webb County Constable Pct. 3 Department is having a drone donated by Mr. T. Benavides.

Solution: If donation is approved, Webb County Constable Department will have an extra tool that is a useful resource in emergency cases where deputies need to have visual from air.

Result: Webb County Constable Department will have a drone for emergency situations should the need arise for visual from air drone will be used.
