Discussion and possible action to approve Webb County Constable Pct. 3 to apply with The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for a part 107 certificate of waiver/Authorization (COA) to be in compliance with regulations of the FAA to have a deputy fly the drone when needed in emergency call(s), and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. The application approval process is completed within 60 business days of receipt. Webb County Constable Pct. 3 will comply with all the conditions and provisions of 14 CFR part 107.
