Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchase of computer equipment, printers and software from Dell & SHI to be used for Justice of the Peace Pct. 4 Judge Jose R. Salinas, pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Purchasing program DIR-TSO-3763 and DIR-SDD-2503 in the amount of $5,045.69 (Five Thousand Forty-Five Dollars and Sixty-Nine cents. [Account #2009-2180-001-460105 (Technology Fund)]

Issue: Department is in need of additional updated computers and printers for their department court operations.

Solution: By using available Technology funds, the department can procure computer equipment needed for daily court operation.

Result: Obtained equipment will better equip department for all court needs.
