Discussion and possible action to convert Slot #1830 (Full Time Kitchen Aide) with an hourly rate of $9.41 to one (1) Part-time Classroom Aide and one (1) Part-time Substitute Teacher, each with an hourly rate of $8.73 for 20 Pay Periods, and to post and fill these two (2) new slots, subject to availability of payroll funds.

Background:

In an effort to comply with mandatory staffing patterns and to reduce the financial effect of having full time support staff, the program has been gradually converting full time slots for support staff to part time slots.
