Discussion and possible action to authorize the development and submission of a Texas Community Development Block Grant application to the Texas Department of Agriculture for the Community Enhancement Fund Program in an amount not to exceed $500,000.00, and authorizing the County Judge to act as the County's Executive Officer and Authorized Representative in all matters pertaining to the County's participation in the Community Enhancement Program. This grant application will not require a cash match and will not impact the Webb County General Fund, but will require at least a 25% in-kind contribution from Webb County. [Requested by James Flores, Economic Development Director]
