Discussion and possible action authorizing Webb County to enter into a Thirty Six month (36) agreement with AT&T for the provision of upgraded Internet services to Webb County at a monthly rate of $2,524.00 plus surcharges and other fees; and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto, subject to annual budgetary appropriation. The provision of these Internet services will be an upgrade to the existing primary Internet services for Webb County. We are currently paying $2,402.00 plus surcharges and other fees for this service; therefore, the financial increase is approximately $120.00 per month. [Requested by Rafael Pena, Webb County I.T.
