Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchasing agent to post and accept a donation from any qualified service provider that agrees to modify and repair the Webb County Law Enforcement Shooting Range with the condition that any and all lead found in the berm(s) are remediated in conformance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards as per Texas Local Government Code §81.032 - Acceptance of Donations and Bequests for the donation; and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents related and any other matters thereto. Issue: The Webb County Sheriff’s Office shooting range needs repair and for the safety of law enforcement officers the berms need to be repaired from erosion and the lead that has accumulated over the years needs to be removed.

Solution: Accept donations offered from qualified donors in order to successfully continue using the Webb County Law Enforcement Shooting Range.

Result: Donation services will provide a safer shooting range.
