Issue: Employee ID #10045 transferred from a CBA position to a regular county slot in a different county department. Therefore, compensatory time needs to be paid out.

Solution: When approved by Commissioners Court, employee will be paid necessary the necessary compensatory time.

Result: Employee will be paid hours that are owed to him.
