Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchase of Two (2) (FI-7180 Color Duplex Sheetfed Fujitsu Scanners) from GovConnection, Inc. to continue operating the new judicial court system software by Tyler Technologies (Odyssey). Pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Purchasing program NCPA #01-44 for $3,109.90 and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The Deputy County Clerks within the Courts Division of the Webb County Clerk's Office require the equipment necessary to achieve maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort or expense.

Solution: Authorization to purchase scanners.

Result: The clerks of the court will continue to carry out their duties in a more organized manner.
