Discussion and possible action to approve the following budget increase from funds available by increasing the expenditure budget to the Sheriff's forfeiture fund; said amount is available from seized funds pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure; and any other matters incident thereto. There is no financial impact to the general fund. Fund balance account 2151-259700 available funds of $172,609.32. The County Auditor certifies the receipts to the commissioners court according to the Local Government Code, Section 111.07075. [Requested by Martin Cuellar, Sheriff; Fund 2151]
