Discussion and possible action to approve a two (2) year hunting and grazing lease renewal term extension between Webb County as Lessor, and James E. Kainer, Lessee, commencing October 13, 2018 thru October 12, 2020, with annual rent of $37,290.84 or $16.27 per acre per year, pursuant to prior award of No. 2015-3 “Lease of Cuchillas and Lomas Pastures,” as approved by the Commissioners Court on September 14, 2015. These 2 pastures combined contain approximately 2,292.00 acres of land as granted to Webb County School Lands by the State of Texas being out of Abstract 1890, survey 1687, containing 2111.39 acres and abstract 911, survey 577, containing 174.61 acres, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
