Issue: There are excess funds under Unemployment Tax and Worker's Compensation that can be utilized to cover future expenditures under the categories of Overtime, FICA, and Retirement.

Solution: Seek a line item transfer to use excess grant funds in certain budget categories to cover future expenditures under other budget categories.

Result: The grant funds will be used effectively, efficiently, and fully.
