Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchase of audiovisual equipment with installation from Audio Dynamics, Inc. with funding from the court technology fund to be used for Justice of the Peace Pct. 4 Judge Jose R. Salinas in the amount of $7,500 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars). [Requested by Judge Jose “Pepe” Salinas; Account #2009-2180-001-460105 (Court Technology Fund)]

Issue: The Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 department is in need of updated audiovisual equipment for their court operations.

Solution: By using available Technology funds, the department can procure audiovisual equipment with installation needed for daily court operations.

Result: Obtained audiovisual equipment will better equip department for all court needs.
