Discussion and possible action to grant Final Plat approval to Lots 18, 19, 20 and 21, Block 3, Old Milwaukee Subdivision being a 0.6852 acre tract of land out of the A.M. Bruni Estate Partition and further described in Vol. 219, Pgs. 521-534 of the Webb County Deed Records (ID 8318). Planning Department staff recommends preliminary approval.
Background:
Item is a regulatory compliance matter required for the subdivision of real property.  The subdivision is for residential purposes and thus, subject to compliance with the Model Subdivision Rules (MSRs), state law and local regulations governing residential subdivisions and colonias.  No public improvements are proposed with this plat (subdivided tracts are fronting Old Milwaukee Road being a paved, county-maintained road with adequate drainage).  All required improvements, water and wastewater services are in place and fully operable.

Commissioners Court granted preliminary approval on July 9, 2018.
