Discussion and possible action to enter into a two (2) year (July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2020) Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding between Laredo College and the Webb County. The purpose of the agreement is to implement ESL, EL Civics, and High School Equivalency classes to improve the overall literacy levels in Webb County contingent on the availability of federal and state funds, and requesting the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Leroy Medford, Commissioners Court Administrator]
