Discussion and possible action to authorize Webb County to execute an Order of Acceptance for the dedication of Four (4) Roadway Right-of-Way Easements out of Ranchitos Los Arcos Subdivision, , Two (2) Roadway Right-of-Way Easements out of Ranchitos Los Nopalitos Subdivision, and One (1) Roadway Right-of-Way Easement out of Ranchitos Los Fresnos Subdivision for the purpose of acquiring these necessary easements by Webb County to perform road maintenance and improvements to facilitate transportation needs for residents including emergency medical services and school bus pickups for students, and to authorize the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
