Discussion and possible action to enter into a Educational Services Agreement between Yolanda Rodriguez, M.ED and Webb County for the Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program, to assure that educational services to the Head Start children and families are in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. The term of this agreement is for three (3) years (September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2021), at a cost set forth in the fee schedule within the agreement, and any other matters incident thereto.
