Discussion and possible action to enter into a Thirty Six (36) month (September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2021) Non-Financial Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Webb County for the Head Start/Early Head Start Program and Laredo Independent School District (L.I.S.D.) The purpose of the agreement is for the Special Education Department at L.I.S.D and the Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program agree to work together toward identifying disabilities in children and to provide them with the proper educational and transitional services and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Director, Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start]
