Discussion and possible action to authorize the continued compensation of incentive pay line items in the Webb County budget for the upcoming fiscal year (October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019) for the following Webb County Sheriff's Office employees: Slots #419, 547, 567, 533, 417, 1727, 552, 1731, 2719, 443, 551, 1980, and 1857; with further action to authorize a transfer of funds, if necessary, from payroll line items already budgeted for the Sheriff’s department; and any other matters incident thereto. [Accounts #1001-4070-001-410000, #1001-4080-001-410000, #1001-3030-001-410000 and #1001-3010-001-410000]

Issue: The Webb County Sheriff's Office seeks authorization to carry over the compensation of incentive pay line items for 13 employees into the new fiscal year.

Solution: Seek court authorization to carry over compensation and fund from within their proposed budget.

Result: This compensation will carry over into the new fiscal year.
