Discussion and possible action to enter into a One (1)Year (August 27, 2018 – August 26, 2019) Non- finandial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Laredo Independent School District (LISD) and Webb County Head Start. This MOU establishes the terms and conditions under which LISD And Webb County Head Start will relocate Head Start campus facilities in case of an emergency. The term of the MOU shall be for a period of one (1) year beginning when the MOU is fully executed and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Director, Webb County Head Start]
