Issue: Additional funds for mental health/substance abuse counseling services are needed to service all DCP participants.

Solution: As per SAMHSA guidelines, grantees are allowed a relocation of funds within a budget period that does not exceed 25% of the approved budget ($400,000).

Result: All of the DCP participants wil receive mental health/substance abuse counseling services, as required by the 10-Key components of the Drug Court Program as indicated by the National Association of Drug Court Professionals organization.
