Discussion and possible action to enter into a one (1) year (September 1, 2018 - August 31, 2019) Software Hosting Agreement between Noble Software Group, L.L.C. and the Webb County Juvenile Department for software that will provide assessment tools, case planning tools, and interactive reporting at a cost of Ten Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Three Dollars and Eighteen Cents ($10,573.18). Training for all users will also be a part of the agreement that will be provided by Nobel Software Group, L.L.C. at a cost of One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Three Dollars and Ten Cents ($1,983.10).
