Discussion and possible action to approve a budget amendment by increasing expenditures in the amount of $44,900.00 for new revenues received for the Court Initiated Guardianship program in accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Section 118.052(2)(E); 118.067 (Supplemental Court-initiated Guardianship Fee) and Section 111.07075 (Special Budget for Revenue Received after Start of Fiscal Year).
