Discussion and possible action to authorize county staff to initiate the development of a formal office or department for the designation of the Webb County Collections Improvement Program (CIP) to carry out the collection of court costs, fees, and fines imposed in criminal cases, and as required by the state Office of Court Administration (OCA); and any other mattes incident thereto. Court action may include the designation of current county office space and personnel to further implement this program.
