Discussion and possible action to approve the 2019 Formula Grant Program Indigent Defense Resolution. The Texas Commission on Indigent Defense has funding available for fiscal year 2018-2019, to help off-set the cost to maintain a quality, cost effective criminal defense system that meets the needs of local jurisdictions. This is a yearly grant resolution. There is no negative impact to the budget. All necessary steps have been taken in accordance with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Policy and Procedures. [Requested by Cornell Mickley, Pre-Trial Services]
