Discussion and possible action to approve a 2018-2019 Technical Support and Software Maintenance Agreement between Judicial Systems, Inc. and Webb County for software maintenance and technical support. The effective date will be January 1, 2019, and will terminate on December 31, 2019. The total cost of the maintenance will be Six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Five Dollars and Ninety-Three Cents ($6,855.93) and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
